  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 2 cookies sheets with parchment paper or silpats.

  • In a mixer or with a handheld mixer, beat both sugars, salt, and butter together.

  • Add eggs and vanilla and beat until light caramel in color and slightly fluffy, with no lumps remaining.

  • Add flour and baking soda and mix until combined. Do not overmix.

  • Add together chocolate fries and mix in by manus.
